Return and Refund Policy

3-day returns
You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, free from defects and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at allureactiv@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will confirm the details. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
