Free delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from our international fulfilment partner. Delivery usually takes 10–15 days. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Where we deliver

We deliver to Bulgaria, the European Union, the United Kingdom and selected international destinations, all with free delivery.

Customs and import duties

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. If you are ever asked to pay a fee on delivery, please contact us before paying so we can help.
